It's very important in Junior Infants to practice lots of different funky fingers activities to make our fingers big and strong. Fine motor skills are necessary for children to build the adequate strength in their fingers to hold a crayon, pencil and scissors properly. We complete different fine motor skills activities every morning like cutting, threading, linking chains, using play dough, painting, building cube towers, colouring and much much more. Take a look below to see what we've been up to!
Cutting is also a very important skill we've been earning. But remember we're only allowed to cut paper!
