Pancake Tuesday 🥞
We made our very own pancakes in class to celebrate pancake Tuesday. We followed our recipe step by step and had a lovely afternoon decorating and eating our pancakes.

We have been learning so many sounds in Junior infants. We can even read, write, and make our own words with all our phonics knowledge 

The Fire Station 🚒
We learnt all about the fire station and what fire fighters do. In particular we love playing in role as fire fighters with our fire truck, axes and fire extinguishers.
